Yorkshire Honey

All natural, raw, Yorkshire honey. Harvested from bees working throughout the beautiful county of North Yorkshire. Our bees start work around our farm in early spring on Blackthorn, Willow and other early flowering plants. In the summer they move to Oil Seed Rape, beans, Hawthorne and wild flowers. At the end of the summer they finish up on the North Yorkshire Moors on the Ling heather, and the Balsam at the edge of the River Esk. All of our delicious Yorkshire honey is extracted using a centrifuge, and then lightly filtered (no other processing is needed). It’s then added to jars, ready for you to enjoy!
